Credit Card payments are processed through a 3rd party vendor (PayLease) and not Main Street Management. Should you decide to pay with a credit card, understand that there are processing fees charged by PayLease in addition to the amount you are paying. Main Street Management is not a party to these fees and does not apply them. Should you not want to pay the credit card fee, please contact your bank for alternate payment options.
Please keep in mind that the current charges owed will NOT show up on your account until the due date. Please use the invoice that you received and pay that amount shown if you are paying before the due date listed on the invoice.
As an example, if your annual dues were $300 and the due date is January 1 and you checked your balance any time before January 1, the $300 will not show up until January 1. We would recommend that you pay the amount owed regardless if your balance shows zero. You would technically have a credit balance on your account if paid prior to January 1 but once the charges hit your account, the balance would be zero. This holds true for any billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, etc.) and late fees, finance charges and other charges.
