Additional Required Information
Provide a copy of your PLOT PLAN with the proposed change and the DIMENSIONS marked on the plot plan. This DOCUMENT can be found with the papers you received at closing or at the Hendricks County Recorder's Office for a small fee.
 
Include a Picture or Brochure of the item or materials used to make the proposed improvement. IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN BUILT OR INSTALLED, PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE OF IT, and forward this with your application.
 
Include a copy of the BID from the professional installer who will be responsible building the proposed improvement.
Please include a copy of this CHECKLIST & ALL necessary DOCUMENTS with your APPLICATION, as incomplete applications will not be processed.*You will be notified if you are missing something.

NOTE: All submitted materials shall remain the property of the Association. You may wish to make a copy for your personal records.

If your home is newly constructed, you are encouraged to wait until the “final grade” has been established on your lot before installing any fencing or landscaping improvements.

If a Branches homeowner does not obtain ACC approval PRIOR to beginning an exterior home improvement, they will be subject to a $50 Fine.

It is the goal of the Architectural Control Committee to APPROVE your home improvement project within 15 business days of receiving your completed application. If your application is lacking something, we will do our best to communicate this to you as quickly as possible.*
