How We Can Help
Accounting
- Invoice, collect + deposit association dues and assessments
- Send delinquent notices to members
- Submit statement of delinquent accounts to the board
- Coordinate collection actions under direction of board
- Pay obligations of association under direction of board

- Provide robust online portal for homeowners to make payments, submit architectural improvement applications, submit clubhouse rental and pool access requests, and get live community updates
- Provide portal for board members to access financial reports and relevant board data and communication
- Maintain homeowner database in a custom software program
- Assist homeowners regarding questions + issues
- Meet each HOA’s unique service needs
- Act as liaison with vendors, trade partners and local municipalities
Insurance
- Define requirements in declaration
- Ascertain replacement value or required value
- Obtain bids + place insurance
- Process association insurance claims
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate + consult with board and committees
- Inspect common areas
- Initiate preventive maintenance + long-term planning
- Assist in drafting bid specifications for work to be done
- Negotiate + manage contracts on behalf of the board
- Oversee maintenance of landscaping, community assets, and common areas
