Parking Garage Repair & Maintenance Project

We want to thank all our Patrons who park in the Renaissance Garage for their patience and understanding as we worked through the repairs needed to make the garage as safe as possible. The work in the garage is completed for this season and the contractors will return in Spring 2023 to complete the remaining items.

These items include finishing the sealant work on Level 1, coating the new crossovers and washes with membrane, power washing the garage and re-striping. The weather will dictate when this work takes place, and we will keep you posted on when this work will start.

There are a few drain locations that will be completed once the items needed arrive, but this should not impact any of you.
