Parking Garage Update July 18 – August 3
Weekly Parking Garage Update
Tenet Construction has informed us that they will return on July 18 to finish their part of the Garage Project (with only power washing and striping to be completed once they are done). This schedule is weather permitting so please keep that in mind.
Phase 1: July 18 – 22 (Spots closed during this phase are noted below)
- All interior areas on levels 1-5
- Inside half of drive/turn lane
Phase 2: July 25 – 29 (Spots closed during this phase are noted below)
- Level 5 exterior half of drive/turn lane
- Level 3 Noth stair closed/South open
- Level 3 condo entrance closed
- Level 2 North stairs closed/South open
- Level 1 door to restaurants closed
Phase 3: July 31 – 3
- Level 5 completed
- Level 4 North stairs closed/South open
- Level 3 North stairs open/South closed
- Level 2 North stairs open/South closed
- Level 1 Door to restaurants door open
During Phase 1, we will need to have 4’ from the wall into the spaces up and down the garage on the interior parking spaces. This will tighten the drive lane throughout the garage since those parkers will still be able to park in their space but won’t be able to pull all the way in. Tenet will put signage at the entry point noting that parking lane will be restricted and to drive with caution.
During Phase 2, we will need to have 4’ from the wall into the spaces up and down the garage on the exterior parking spaces. This will tighten the drive lane throughout the garage since those parkers will still be able to park in their space but won’t be able to pull all the way in.
